Reserving your gite...

Simply contact us by phone, e-mail or post with your booking details as described on the 'Bookings' page. We will then contact you to confirm availability.

Deposits...

Once we have received your booking request and have confirmed availability, we will require a deposit cheque for 20% of the total cost of your holiday in £'s sterling to secure your booking.
As soon as we have received your deposit cheque, we will let you know by e-mail or post. From this time your gite is secured for the period of your intended holiday.

NOTE: The deposit cheque is non-refundable. We suggest that you take out travel insurance against the possibility of having to cancel your holiday.

Paying the balance for your holiday...

The outstanding balance will be required no later than 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, again by cheque for £'s sterling. A £200 security cheque is also required - see below.
We will contact you to confirm receipt of payment as soon as it arrives.

NOTE: Payment of outstanding balance must reach us within this period to secure your gite for the dates you require. In the event that final payment is not made, your booking may be cancelled and the gite re-let.

Cancellations...

Should you wish to cancel your booking with us after deposit payment has been received, please contact us as soon as possible.
Should you wish to cancel after we have received full payment for your holiday, we will make every effort to re-let the gite for the period of your booking, and may be able to refund all or part of your payment (less deposit) depending on circumstances and timescales involved.

Security cheque...

We require a (refundable) security cheque for £200 sterling, which we will hold against any accidental breakages or damage to property that may occur during your stay. This cheque will be returned to you within 7 days from the end of your holiday (less any necessary deductions for breakages).

Shopping service...

We do provide a 'welcome pack' containing tea, coffee, milk, butter and bread etc.; but we can also purchase other items for you if you wish. To pre-order shopping just ask at time of booking, and we will send you a list of the items available. Simply tick the items you want and return the list to us. Your shopping will be purchased (fresh products no more than 24 hours before your arrival) and packed away in your gite. The till receipt will be provided for you to check off items. Payment for shopping plus 10 euro surcharge, is required before the end of your stay.

 

Smoking policy...

We regret that in order to comply with safety regulations and for the comfort of subsequent guests, smoking is not permitted within any of our gites.
Ashtrays are provided on all patio areas in the private gardens and in seating areas throughout the grounds.
